The Ariel School Alien Story and Collective Imagination

In 1994, about 60 Children of Ariel School in Ruwa Zimbabwe said they had seen beings that were not of this World.

They said the beings visited them in a vessel that did not look like anything they had seen before. They were dark and had big eyes. The beings spoke to some of the Children without opening their mouths and the Children understood.

The alien beings just wanted to pass a message to the Children about caring for their environment. Nothing else.

The Children are now grown ups. But none of them has changed their story. Skeptics have over the years dismissed their claims.

I think they didn't see anything.

Various social dynamics such as collective imagination can impact the way Children see things.

When I was in Primary, some children in our school claimed they had seen a "White man" who only floated through the air.

To date (and I was with one of them yesterday) they still believe they saw "that thing.".... 🤔.

It was a fat white lie that had a lasting profound impact on them
